Thanks to the Managing Director, Mr. Frankie Spiteri, HWS has over 18 years experience within the Hospitality, Technology and Marketing Industry.  During his previous employment with Corinthia Hotels International, Mr. Spiteri was instrumental in setting up and heading the E-Commerce division. This involved setting up the web site strategy for the hotel chain and establishing web site branding guidelines for all Corinthia Hotels.

Mr. Spiteri has an MBA (Dist) with a specialisation in E-Business from Grenoble Graduate School of Business.  During the course of his studies, Mr. Spiteri conducted extensive research related to the usability of web sites which is a critical marketing element commonly overlooked. 

The compilation of his MBA thesis entitled “The importance of the usability of web sites in the hospitality industry”  included the following:-
- The extensive usability analysis of various international hotel chain web sites
- Research on "Best Practices" in usability of web design
- The setting up of a usability test lab
- The conducting of recorded usability tests
- The analysis and compilation or results and recommendations.
 
This resulted in the redesign of the latest version of www.corinthiahotels.com launched May 2005

Mr. Spiteri also worked in close proximity with international firms, including, Fastbooking, Utell, World Hotels and Micros Fidelio during the integration of various E-Systems.

Ms. Krista Spiteri MInstSMM, a Director of HWS Ltd, brings years of Marketing/I.T. exposure with world renowned firms including HSBC Bank and Deloitte & Touche.
