Thanks to the Managing Director Mr Frankie Spiteri, HWS has over 25 years experience within the Hospitality, Technology and Marketing Industry. His experience dates back to his early years, having been brought up in his family-run hotel business. This extends to the year 2000 when he was instrumental in setting up and heading the E-Commerce division of Corinthia Hotels International up to 2005.
Mr. Spiteri has an MBA (Dist) with a specialisation in E-Business from Grenoble Graduate School of Business. During the course of his studies, Mr. Spiteri conducted extensive research related to the usability of websites which is a critical marketing element commonly overlooked.
Mr. Spiteri also worked in close proximity with international firms, including Corinthia Hotels International, Fastbooking, Utell, World Hotels and Micros Fidelio during the integration of various E-Systems.
Ms. Krista Spiteri MInstSMM, a Director of HWS Ltd, brings years of Marketing/IT experience with world renowned firms including HSBC Bank and Deloitte & Touche.
Since the establishment of HWS Ltd in 2005, the company has been instrumental in setting up and consulting over 50 hotel operators in their various web based initiatives. These extend from 5 star hotels, operators with multiple hotel properties and single hotel operations. HWS Ltd has also developed the website and various initiatives for the Malta Hotels and Restaurants Association (MHRA) and has been their E-Commerce consultant for a number of years.
HWS has also set up and consulted other companies on web based initiatives including Restaurants, Spas, Language Schools, Destination Management Companies, Accounting firms, Importers, Consultants, Associations and more.
